HT Cable

Insulation: HT cables have a layer of insulation for protection of cable from any mechanical or external factors. Most of the HT cables comprises of XLPE insulation.
Conductors: Conductors used in HT cables are Aluminium or Copper. Aluminum is cheaper as compared to Copper. The market price of Copper tends to fluctuate thus the pricing of cables changes with it.
No.of Cores: HT cable comprises of stranded copper or aluminum conductor cores. They are 1 core or 3 core.
Application: HT cables are used in power transmission and distribution that has a range greater than 1.1 kV.

LED Bulb

Fundamentally, there are three different types of LED technology that are used in LED lighting – DIP, SMD and COB.

LED Metal

Brass material, usually brass uses H59 copper, which has the advantages of high strength, high hardness, and good plasticity. It can withstand the processing pressure well under hot conditions. If you use copper of lower quality, the parts may break. The copper shell of LED indicators can also be electroplated. The quality of electroplating directly determines the grade of the entire product. The electroplating process is divided into nickel plating and chromium plating.

Transformer

Power Transformers... A power transformer transfers electricity between a generator and the distribution primary circuits. It gets a little bit confusing because many use the term ‘power transformer’ to encompass a bunch of transformers, rather than a specific design type. Likewise, some even refer to large transmission transformers as power transformers, to easily differentiate between distribution transformers.
